Yvonne is the current VP of Operations at Compass Staffing Solutions. She brings over 25 years of experience in management, including having owned and operated two restaurants in the northwest suburban area. Prior to her current position, she was instrumental in growing a local employment agency from three to twelve offices and assisting in the sale of the company to a large, national staffing firm.
Her previous experience has included positions as a Legal Assistant with two Chicago law firms as well as an HR position with an insurance company. She has also been active in various roles serving as Past President & Board Member of Illinois Fox Valley SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management), Advisory Board for Student Development for several local colleges, as well as speaker for local colleges and groups regarding HR and staffing related topics.
She enjoys travel, golf and playing the piano as well as spending time with her two rescue dogs, Tucker and Molly.
