With 8 years at Compass and a genuine heart for helping others, Yuliana thrives on connecting people with meaningful job opportunities and fostering lasting relationships. Her transition from the plastics industry into staffing was driven by purpose and the support of an amazing team she’s proud to call family.
Outside of work, Yuliana finds peace and inspiration in nature—especially at the lake, where she cherishes every moment spent with her two beautiful grandkids and her beloved French bulldog, Chapo.
