Is there a fee for using your agency?

No, you are never charged any fees for using Compass Staffing.

How long will it be until I get placed?

Each placement is unique and is fully dependent on our client’s needs and your requirements.

What kind of jobs do you have?

Compass Staffing provides a variety of light industrial & administrative positions.  We also place Direct Hire positions in many fields.

Do you offer benefits?

Yes, we do!  We have health, dental, vision, short term disability available as well as a 401K plan.  Please contact us for more information on what we offer as we add new options from time to time!

Do you pay weekly?

Yes, we pay every week!  You have the option of Direct Deposit, Cash Card or a check to choose from.

Are your positions only temporary?

No, we offer long term and direct hire positions as well as temporary!
